%R = 100(c(f – t) / f(c – t))
%R = 100(12(14 – 20) / 14(12 – 20))
%R = 100(12(-6) / 14(-8))
%R = 100(-72 / -112)
%R = 100(0.64)
%R = 64.28
Therefore, the percentage recovery (assay) is 64.28%.
