That is, d = 5 – 1.77(441 – 121 / 20)
d = 5 – 1.77(320 / 20)
d = 5 – 1.77(16)
So, d = 5 – 28.44
d = -23.44

Therefore, the distance from origin to water divide in case of infiltration is – 23.44.
