Eo = ΔQn + YEa / Δ + Y
Eo = (20)(16) + (10)(12) / 20 + 10
That is, Eo = 320 + 120 / 30
Eo = 440 / 30
Eo = 14.6

Therefore, the evaporation from open water surface is 14.6.
