This implies that;

C1 = Composition of Metal 1 = 4
C2 = Composition of Metal 2 = 8
A1 = Atomic Weight of Metal 1 = 6
A2 = Atomic Weight of Metal 2 = 3

C’1 = 100(C1A2/(C1A2 + C2A1))
C’1 = 100((4)(3)/((4)(3) + (8)(6)))
So, C’1 = 100((12)/(12 + 48))
C’1 = 100((12)/(60))
That is, C’1 = 100(0.2)
C’1 = 20

Therefore, the atom percent is 20%.
